By appointment with the Practice Nurse - you will need to complete a travel form a minimum of 8 weeks before travel before we can offer you an appointment in the travel clinic. If you are travelling inside this 8 week period please attend a private travel clinic - closest to the surgery is Boots at Castlepoint.

Travel advice is covered by the NHS; however some vaccinations and prescriptions are only available privately. Payment for non-NHS services must be made at the first travel appointment.
