We would welcome anyone who feels they can help us develop a partnership with the Practice to join our Patient Participation Group.  We would like to find out what our patients think about our services and help us to establish our priorities.  This is a virtual group and we will communicate with you from time to time via email or post.  If you are interested in joining the PPG please complete the online form below.
