****** Important Information - Our appointment system is changing from 8th September 2025******

 As of Monday 8th September we are moving to an new online consultation tool- SystmConnect.  This will be the main way to access our services.  This system works directly with our clinical system and all medical requests will be reviewed by a GP the same day who will decide on the most appropriate course of action for your issue.  This may include:

• Offering you an appointment at the practice.
• Providing advice or a prescription
• Signposting you to a more suitable service, such as a community pharmacy or another healthcare provider.

We will cease using Econsult on 3.9.2025 and the link will no longer work from this date.

SystmConnect is easy to use.  You do not need log in or password.  Just select either from Medical Request or Admin request and complete the few simple questions and submit for your form.  

If you do not have internet access- you can still contact the practice by phone and our team will assist you with the online form.
